6. Non-Discrimination Statement

7. Refund Policy
Membership dues are non-refundable once processed, except in cases of duplicate payment or administrative error.
Event registrations are refundable if canceled at least [X] days before the event—no refunds for late cancellations or no-shows. If the Chamber cancels an event, a full refund is issued.
Sponsorships and advertising payments are non-refundable once materials are produced.

8. Data Retention and Security Statement
The Chamber collects only the data necessary to operate its programs and retains it for no longer than required by law or business necessity.
We comply with Massachusetts 201 CMR 17.00 and maintain:
• SSL encryption on all forms.
• Password-protected, access-controlled systems.
• Regular software updates and secure backups.
• Vendor reviews for Wix, Google, and other providers.
Membership and event data are retained for [X years], financial records are retained for seven years (in accordance with IRS requirements), and inquiries are retained for 12 months. After that, the data are securely deleted or anonymized.
Any breach involving personal data will trigger our incident response procedure and require notification to the affected individuals and the Massachusetts Attorney General.
