To download PDF files while using a PC, right click on the "Click here to download" link. This will bring up a pop up menu. Choose "Save Target As..." (Internet Explorer) or "Save Link As..." (Netscape Navigator), and this will bring up a "Save As" dialog box. Save this file to your hard drive (somewhere where you can remember where it is). This should initiate the download.
